ACCOMMODATION
- Decorative objects and shared appliances (toasters, boilers, coffee makers etc) have been removed from our rooms
- Reduced staff entry in the rooms, during visitors' stay – additional cleaning services upon request
- Provision of individual (portable) antiseptic dispensers in the rooms
RESTAURANTS – BARS
- Buffet service is only provided by the hotel staff
- Food preparation / serving staff works using the required personal protective equipment (mask, shield, gloves, etc.)
- Disinfection dispensers have been placed at the entrance of the buffet (breakfast area) as well as at the entrance of the dining restaurants
- Dining tables and table seats have been arranged in compliance with the government hygiene protocols
- Maximum allowed number of visitors inside the restaurants
- New (extended) opening hours which are notified to the customers upon arrival at the hotel
HOUSEKEEPING
- Use of approved detergents and disinfectants throughout the hotel
- Disinfection of fabric surfaces using steam cleaners

The management and staff of the Porfi Hotel have attended seminars and teleconferences regarding the prevention of the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
